i4444 Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and i4444 ("i4444", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at i4444.vip. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the i4444 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

02 Eligibility

To register and use i4444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on i4444. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering on i4444, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national ID or passport
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name
• Your date of birth

i4444 reserves the right to close any account where the registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading. Any balance in such an account may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.

04 Deposits

i4444 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳100, maximum per transaction ৳50,000
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳100, maximum per transaction ৳50,000
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳100, maximum per transaction ৳30,000

Deposits are credited to your i4444 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. i4444 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile money provider are separate and not controlled by i4444.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account being reviewed. i4444 reserves the right to request proof that a payment method belongs to you before processing withdrawals.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from i4444 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. i4444 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard amounts.

Most withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes. During periods of high volume or for amounts above ৳100,000, processing may take up to 2 hours. If your withdrawal has not arrived within 2 hours, contact i4444 support with your transaction reference number.

• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts verified as belonging to the registered player.
• i4444 may request identity verification before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed.
• i4444 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

If a withdrawal is declined, i4444 will notify you via the contact details on your account and explain the reason. You may be asked to provide additional documentation to complete the verification process.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

i4444 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus rules apply to all i4444 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on i4444 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules are published in the relevant section of the platform and take precedence over these general rules where they differ.

• Bets are final once confirmed. i4444 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where a clear technical error has occurred on the platform's side.
• Minimum bet amount is ৳10. Maximum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• i4444 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any player at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the rules published for that specific sport on i4444.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the odds available at the time of confirmation. Odds may change between the time you select them and the time your bet is confirmed.
• i4444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placing, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the event result being published on i4444. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

08 Casino Games

Casino games on i4444 — including Tongits Go, Fortune Gems, Kalaka Bingo, Rooster Rumble, and all other games in the casino section — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The RNG is independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes on every game round.

Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-term average payout and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. Past results have no influence on future outcomes in RNG-based games.

• Minimum bet amounts for casino games are displayed within each game interface.

• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through multi-accounting, coordinated betting, or other methods not consistent with genuine gameplay.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the i4444 platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on i4444.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds on i4444.
• Money laundering: Using i4444 to process funds derived from illegal activity. i4444 is required by law to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile money provider for a deposit made on i4444 without first contacting i4444 support.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

i4444 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Player-initiated self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a player choosing to close their own account — the remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

15 Changes to These Terms
